Moisture is the #1 cause of floor failure.
Most flooring problems — cupping, buckling, delamination, mold, and adhesive breakdown — trace back to moisture. We use industry-standard ASTM test methods to measure it precisely and prove the cause.

Concrete Moisture Testing
ASTM F1869 calcium chloride tests and ASTM F2170 in-situ probe relative humidity testing to measure moisture vapor emission rates in concrete slabs before or after flooring installation.
Floor Moisture Testing
Non-destructive and probe-based moisture meters to detect elevated moisture in wood subfloors, underlayment, and finished flooring — hardwood, laminate, vinyl, SPC, and WPC.
Alkalinity & pH Testing
Surface pH testing of concrete slabs to identify high-alkalinity conditions that break down adhesives and cause flooring failure at the bond line.
Forensic Failure Analysis
Root-cause determination for cupping, buckling, delamination, mold, and adhesive failure — documented with photographs, readings, and a defensible written report.
